Monday Mutterings: A Hobbit TrailAbout halfway down the Oregon Coast is this little trail called Hobbit Trail. There are no major markings that this trail is coming on the highway, to be honest I drove right past the trailhead and had to turn around to go back to it. But it is definitely worth the stop. The moment you step off the highway onto the trail it seems to take you to a mystical place as the trail leads you down to a beautiful sandy beach. If you have the time to make the stop the 1/2 mile trail down to the beach is definitely worth the time.
